What is the weather like in Paris, France mid june?

I will be travelling to Paris, France mid june and am fashion conscious of what to wear for the appropriate weather. i will be shopping in designer stores but will be visiting montmartre so was wondering what would be appropriate. do you dress up for high end retail store and are heels an essential. i am fairly tall so the added height may stand out. i was also wondering whether the more known restaurants and patisseries require a fancier dress. though with the intention of travel i have never considered sneakers and a back pack.
