Moving to Atlanta and Starting businesses?

What’s a good flooring material to use in a high-traffic machine shop office?

Linoleum won’t work because of metal chips. We can’t use painted concrete because it’s on a second floor. We are considering using some type of rubber flooring like is often used in gyms and retail establishments.

Are there big used clothing stores in New York city?

Sometimes you just need one thing, and it’s the end of the retail season, anyway, and then stores don’t have it at all new to buy.
